Hi Just wondering if there is any update? I have not seen any changes. I would appreciate if you could confirm status. If Work in progress and when it will be done. If completed please share screen shots as we submit to show the changes. Although new firm update is showing positive signs yet the main issue is pending. Thanks

Hello I shared a detailed information with images with you early October 2020 and after waiting for few days. I filled in MISSED or DISLOCATED SERVERS on 15 October 2020. Today is 24th October 2020 and yet those servers are not appearing in right location nor i am connecting to those servers. My ping to those servers are 5ms to 8ms. (Ping test via PC). Ideally we bought a finished product and it must performed from day one. Yet we have been patient and it seems you guys are not taking us seriously. Regardless of spending 100 of hours yet its not even better than what we already have. We assist you guys so you could fix it. It is evident that with the launch of Netgear router, you guys have lost interest in Netduma. COD modern warfare is in last days and by the time CLOUD update or schedule update it may be too late. It is sheer frustration and hopelessness.

Dear from where I can get the form for miss located servers?

I have just received my Netduma R2 yesterday. On PING heat map whenever i am trying to search Call of duty servers the only option i could see from drop down list of the game is "Call of Duty: Warzone. When i select this game the only good server i am finding is on 96ms ping in Germeny. I live in Bahrain. I would appreciate if you assist me, i have already tried "Force Cloud update". Yet i dont see any COD:Warzone servers in Middle East. Is this mean we do not have servers in Bahrain/ME or PING heat map is not working.
