Just my opinion but shouldn't we keep this just as a sticky and not allow questions on it as this is where people will start posting questions and it will be 50 pages deep and people will miss the point of the sticky and the questions on it. I like the sticky and believe we should add things as they come up but it shouldn't become a "support thread" we already have one of those.This should be for reading,not a Q and A thread...more like just an answer thread.

And I think that the secret santa thing is something we should do every year,really cool to see what everyone got. Hope people realize what a special thing we have here with the community,it really is one of a kind.With that being said I expect it to get crazy after Christmas with all the new owners.I expect the forum to be really busy. I think it's funny as everyone has a diluted idea of what a "beta tester" goes thru. It's not fantastic when your duma is having problems,yea it really happens during a beta anything...remember BO3 beta ? The object is to try the new firmware and see if it has problems (bugs) before you release it to everyone.And if there are issues with it,the duma boys try and replicate it in the lab and fix the issues,so everyone doesn't have problems with their routers. They bust their asses to put out a quality product that actually works,but it takes time to fix issues.And let's not get it twisted I don't beg for scraps and I too am a grown ass man who is happy to be part of the beta testing so when the final product is released it is functional for all. But IMO those who sit back and take shots at netduma have no balls,it's easy to talk shit sitting behind a computer and complaining about this and that.If your not part of the solution,you're part of the problem.Either start being part of the solution or stop bitching about things. I assure you the duma boys are doing everything they can,as fast as they can to optimize the duma for the games we all play.

Yeah the support needs to be the first thing they see,since that's the main purpose of the site.The other stuff is for fun and it's a lot easier for someone to find help with an issue if support is at the top.
