  1. Waiting for a response from Netduma leadership.
  2. Don’t waste your time and purchase another router. I’ve done a search on firmware on these forums. Every single router that Netduma has sold including ones from Netgear have had issues with issues with firmware delivery. Some routers have gone years without updates. If you review the firmware updates closely you will see that Netduma does not release security updates either. This is a small company with inadequate resources. Go with a larger more established company.
  3. This isn’t true LOL. I bought a new Asus router GT-BE98 Pro. I get 2.2 gbps from my 2 gig connection. Yes, there are some issues with the firmware, but every core feature does work. I’m posting a message on Trustpilot regarding Netduma. Fraser does a great job, but the lack of transparency coupled with all the problems is a big problem for me. No official comment for Netduma, there isn’t a way to submit a ticket etc. Everyone that isn’t happy should put a review on Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau. the should releases fixes incrementally like other companies. But it appears that they cannot manage that.
  4. Yea, I got a new router on the way as well. Looks like a tough nut to crack for the Netduma guys. Not one real fix since launch. Just drags on and on.
  5. Hi @fraser, honestly this is disappointing: IPv6 PPPoE now works with SmartBOOST Quite a few users have reported IPv6 problems with congestion control that ar not on PPPOE connections. When are those issues going to be resolved? What about the steady ping issues where it ends up excessively “bloating” your ping. I expect o more considering that it’s been three months.
  6. Hi, please add me to the beta for the XR500. I signed up when the beta was first announced.
