The modem is Netgear Cm2000v. It’s just connected to my PC through Ethernet. So I should be getting my normal speeds.

For some reason, I’m no longer getting my typical download speeds. (940 down 42 up) I disabled QOS, updated network drivers, but I’m only getting half my speeds. I contacted my service provider first and everything was good on their end. Any suggestions? Also “side question: on my XR500, is V2.3.2.134-dumaos33-rc14 the latest firmware? Or is there a different beta version or later firmware? Thanks!

Is it significantly better than the XR500 I’m currently using or should I just stick with what I have?

I currently have an XR500 but wondered if I should upgrade. What is the difference between the two? Is one better than the other, or have better features than the other? Or should I even upgrade at all snd just stick with what I have? Thanks for any feedback.

No I didn’t. I just reinstalled the correct version. I’ll try that and let you know.

Tried both with the IP address and without adding the dumaweb. When I take out the dumaweb part, it starts the process of the first picture and adds the dumaweb to the web address. When I do the IP address, it just adds the dumaweb part and I get the same result as in the pictures.

Also tried reinstalling the firmware like you suggested and still getting the same result in the pictures.

The routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm worked allowing me into my router to configure my password, speed etc. However when I try to login and access the interface, it constantly loads and gives me an error. (See pics below)

My XR500 will not load into the interface when I login. It gives me the message “netduma will take up 4 mins to load. If it takes more than 4 minutes try resetting your router.” I’ve done that and it hasn’t worked. Finally I tried factory resetting and now that I’ve done that, for some reason when I try logging in (on a web browser) to set up my router, it gives me an error or says “DumaOs is not running!” Need help because this is becoming a headache..
