They are all on Playstation, not xbox so I'm unable tp try that. I have tried though switching headsets in case it was faulty but still the same result.

Yes I tried all the ingame volume/microphone settings, they are all on high

Thanks @DARKNESS and apologies for the delay in replying to you. Just an update they can both hear me but VERY FAINTLY. This is using the game party chat not the console chat as I am on xbox and they are both on PS4. They can hear each other fine and I can hear them load and clear, they just can only hear me very faintly. I have checked my chat settings and microphone and they are fine. I'm sure this is NOT an R2 issue, as at the weekend I was away at our other home with no R2 just wifi and it was the same issue, so it must be something to do with xbox cross platform or like you say fortnite 😐

Yes they can hear each other fine, just myself they can't hear. Ok I'll try that tomorrow when we are next in a party and let you know how it goes. Many Thanks

Hi Netduma team So I am on xbox series x and although I am able to join party on ps4 with my son and brother in law, I can hear them fine they cannot hear me. This is for on fortnite. I made sure they went into game party and invited me that way (not console), have checked my audio settings on xbox and in game and everything should work fine, however they cannot hear me at all. Is this a knowm issue? do I need to remove some options on the R2? I tried disabling geo-filter in case that was a cause but it wasn't. To confirm they are inviting me and the PS4 is the party leader. My son is playing downstairs on his ps4 and is connected to powerline adapter to the R2. My xbox is hard wired to the R2, and my brother in law is in different address connecting to his network. Any help would be appreciated thank you as really want to get this fixed so we can communicate with each other. Thanks in anticipation

Since I shut my xbox series x down the error log has gone. I will try doing that though if it returns again. Thanks for your support!

No. If I click ok the error log keeps reappearing so you can't pass this message. I haven't done any changes for a while. It was working fine yesterday but when I went into my first game today and loaded the geo-filter page it started to appear.

Ok I'll try that. Silly question sorry .. if I do this and it reduces upload bufferbloat, will that help my gaming experience or is it negligible? Also, the fact I am getting over 100ms latency in the first place would that suggest a problem with my line?

Much the same. See PC screenshot attached. I wanted to do test without adjusting the sliders. Just to confirm this is for the R1 so should I adjust sliders Fraser for upload or is there something else I should do?

ISP = Internet Service Provider. In this case Talk Talk. I definitely did not receive notification of this as far as I am aware and to be honest do not know what FTI identifiers mean regarding internet?

Yes the Duma is connected to the openreach modem (see screenshot). Sorry not sure what you mean reg: MAC address cloning etc.. ? I just set up the duma with recommended settings. Both Wifi and wired internet are through the duma. Yes the ISP is talk talk who provided the modem.

Hi. I leave it default - DHCP. The Netduma is the main router and is connected to an openreach modem. Shall I keep lowering the upload slider or is there anything else I need to do?

Hi, I run the waveform bufferbloat test on my xbox, and as you can see the upload latency looks really bad (117ms). Can someone give me some advice please in how I can reduce the upload latency, if possible, on either my R1 or R2 router? I run a separate pingplotter test and all looked fine with no more than 30ms spike

That is for the QoS sliders. I changed MTU to 750 but I'm unsure now it is actually doing anything

20 mb down and 5 up. I'm also using the MTU o 750 as well. Games not always perfect but much better than 'ping is king' settings

Yep I feel a few of us are experiencing the same. Thanks to the duma community sharing their experiences I am experiencing fairer games, not using vpn though, but forcing servers in Italy and Spain around the 50/60 ping mark and throttling my connection and it feels a total new ball game compared to using same filters you did with low ping with much and unfair gunfights

So after reflushing the cloud I now get this error on the geo filter page which won't disappear despite clearing the cache. Can you help?

I though Gaming/Voice was only for WIFI connection, so should we select normal/default WAN if connected to console through ethernet?

I'm away at the mo so not had a chance to play campaign yet, but back for MP. Has anyone who played the campaign noticed in the audio settings the 'headphone bass boost' is still an option? I recall theexclusiveace saying this was the best option as it was basically a wall hack.

Not sure if it helps but during the MP beta I was getting 120 FPS consistently with vrr enabled and 1440p on xbox series x. This is using a dell S2721DGFA monitor.
