Dillinger reacted to Netduma Fraser in Limited Edition Xmas Apparel!
We haven't done much with apparel for awhile but we wanted to make something Christmassy & gamery that we would want to wear ourselves. We came up with the "I ❤️ Sleighing Christmas Noobs" design.
If you're interested it will only be on sale until early January then we'll remove it: https://netduma.com/apparel/

Dillinger reacted to Netduma Fraser in *Please read before posting a support thread*
Please read carefully before posting. Failure to do so will result in you being redirected to this post.
Before posting a support thread:
Look at our Wiki, most common questions are answered there. Includes more detail on specific features. You can find the wiki here. Search the forum for your question/issue as a solution may have already been posted. You can search by going here. After doing the above and your issue still remains please create a thread following this template. This will enable us to help you as quickly as possible.
What firmware version are you on? (Check at bottom of any page on the R1. If lower than 1.03.6 please follow upgrade instructions here first). What speeds do you get from multiple speed tests? What is your current setup? E.g. ISP hub/modem (Specify model) > R1 > all devices What is your specific issue? (Provide as many details as possible. If it is a lag issue include the screenshots from here in your post) Any other information (such as settings you may have previously tried). Do not create multiple threads for your issue - they will be closed.
Do not jump in on other peoples support threads.
Thank you

Dillinger reacted to Netduma Fraser in Read before posting a 1 on 1 request.
You can not post here unless you have been requested by a staff/support member.
If you require a 1 on 1 please create a thread using the following template. Threads not using the template will be ignored.
Firmware version: The issue you are having (include as many details as possible and a link to the original thread about your issue): Times/dates available: If your issue is a common issue that can be resolved by normal support threads please do not post here.
If you want your settings checked please do not post here. Post a normal thread.
We will be using a program for the 1 on 1 you can find the info on this here please make sure you have it downloaded before the scheduled time to prevent any delays. At the allotted 1 on 1 time please PM the ID for me to join.
Please do not give me less than 24 hours notice. If I have not responded by that time it is likely I haven't seen it/wasn't available at that time. Please wait for a confirmation on date/time.
Only the issue that the 1 on 1 was arranged for will be looked at. If you then have other issues you want me to look at whilst in the 1 on 1 without previously letting me know I will advise you to make a new thread regarding it.

Dillinger reacted to Spartacus in Solution - Black Ops 3 (how to open NAT from Strict/Moderated)
Like several others, when I lauched the game earlier today I found that BO3 indicated the NAT as initially showing Moderated. I terminated the game and re-started it hoping that would fix the problem, but instead it now changed the NAT type to "Strict".
In order for the game to show NAT as open, I ended up having to restart the PS4 and also the R1. Following that, all is well and NAT now shows as Open.
Also - a wierd quirk about this game (until they resolve it) is that when you try to play multiplayer, if you happen to hit "X" to continue immediately following the opening intro thing, it'll fail and you'll not be able to play online. The way around this is to be patient and wait until the top right of the screen changes from 33.0.0 whatever to 33.1.9.1 (or something equivalent) and THEN hit "x" to continue. Once you do this, online gameplay works fine
