@Netduma Alex @Netduma Fraser, when can my XR500 download new duma software? I am really considering purchasing a new Netgear router to take advantage of the new OS , please advise

Netduma Frasier, so I now have to spend 150$ to have access duma 3.0 , ive signed up for the beta with no response . How is this even right. What kind of time frame do you have for the release of the new software for XR500 , XR700 users?

oh lord dont get me started on this XR500 . I have huge respect for everone at Netduma , but ever since the purchase of this router ive had nothing but problems. Software going out , drop in connection hard wired and wireless, map not loading , List goes on and on.

I was thinking the same , very little info given . With launch coming in a few weeks , such info should be available

that being said , is the new duma 2.0 more tech advanced than the nighthawk XR500 or XR700? The specs state a dual thread processor what is the GHZ?

PS4, I did it all as it states on the article, and I get nothing

Hey guys , im having issues with my Nighthawk XR500. I am running a fiber connection from my ISP to a modem received from my ISP. I have the latest firmware installed on ALL devices. When playing online games such as PUBG , CALL OF DUTY, the geo filter feature is unresponsive. It does not show any servers any connections nothing. I have upgraded from the original R1 router and I was very familiar with the features and setup. This problem did not occur with the R1 but my XR500 has been nothing but problematic. please help remedy this.

Team Duma, Hey guys I'm writing to you today in regards of my Netgear Nighthawk router. I'm having an issue with my home positioning of my server. I live in Los Angeles CA. When in the Geo Filter menus of the router it shows that I am located in the UK? It shows one and o ly one server connected (see picture attachment) any way you guys can correct this, or help me correct this? Do I cloud flush, call my service provider . Factory reset my router.

Duma, Hey guys I have been reaching out to you via instagram about my Netgear XR500 gaming router. I have had the router some time now and noticed that unlike my OG Duma router (Microtek) the geo filtering on my XR500 does not show any icons. I am currently using it for console gaming (PS4). I have followed all factory setup and viewed multiple youtube videos. Can you guys help?
