    im using the subscription version. i got it for a month... i need someone to maybe walk me step by step doing it because i have tried everything. i cant seem to connect.

    and i have done that ... i actually contacted my vpn company for help . maybe im missing something. im waiting on their respond. but i have tried setup, fast setup . factory reset then try again. i have tried everything that was suggested to me.

    you are using the old vpn setting. it will still work but we recommend reconnecting to the vpn...why am i getting this message? it comes with hidemyass option only so even if i did get another vpn service i doubt it will work with netduma since it only seem to access hidemyass. is it like that for other netduma user

    can i dev remote access my netduma and get the vpn to work. i have been trying to get this thing to work for two days now and nothing seem to work. i have tried every thing that was suggested to me only to get the same results. is there a permanent fix? anybody going tru the same thing? do i need to get one of those routers advertise by hidemyass? HELP PLEASE!!

    i did factory reset. still didnt work. now do i just do the vpn setup section or both the fast setup and setup. do i put ip on the fast setup section where it says server. can my ps4 be vpn ... i know my service work because i can vpn my laptop ...

    still cant fix it .. if one of the dev see this please help or let me know if the vpn feature of the netduma simply doesnt work anymore and i just bought hidemyass services for no reason. i just spend like 4 hours trying to get this thing to work.
