Did you have a really long name or a WiFi password less than 9 characters or anything like that? A factory reset will definitely resolve but curious how you got the issue. If you could get the log from system information and paste in a PM to Netduma Crossy before you reset that'd be really helpful Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
