Problème connexion serveur AW

Bonjour , j'ai connecté mon Netduma à mon PC et à ma Xbox.

 

Tout marche bien sur mon PC mais sur ma xbox , dans les paramètres il est écrit que ma xbox est bien connectée à mon routeur mais quand j'essaye de me connecter aux serveurs Advanced Warfare ou bien EA sports ça me met : impossible de se connecter aux serveurs actuellement.

You may have to post in English if you want Netduma tech support team. Can you disable the Geo-Filter and see if you can connect?

Yes its disabled now, can you access the game?

The xbox says it has Internet, is it wired or wifi?

and when i go in settings on my xbox and i test online connexion it says that everything is perfect

Erm what error do you see on the game?

"the call of duty advanced warfare service is not available at this time , try later"

 

but that's not because servers are down , nobody else have it. And i've got the same problems for EA Sports service

on the other router you have make sure all port forwarding rules are removed. Also if there is DMZ remove it for now.

I had a DMZ , i disabled it but still can't connect...

I think you must have port forwarding on the other router. Please delete all rules on that router.

 

Make sure there is no port forwarding on the Netduma either

should i disable upnp on my netduma ?

If you plug into your other modem can you get on the game?

I think I know what it is. Goto

 

Settings > LAN and disable IPV6 then click apply

Settings > WAN and disable IPV6 then click apply

Settings > Misc and untick link local IPV6

 

Does that work

Do you have a static IP set up on the Xbox? Actually, can you post a screen shot of the DHCP settings on the Xbox please

Ok, is that while connected to the Netduma? If it is, then there's your problem (and I will explain how to fix once you've confirmed), if it isn't connected to the Netduma at the time of the screen shot can you connect it to the Netduma then re-take the screen shot please.

Yes can you restart the xbox now that you've done the changes

i was connected to my other modem during the screen ^^

And i've already restarted it Iain

Let me 2 minutes i'm taking a screen when connected to the netduma

i link it to my netduma and the DHCP are the sames that on the screens with my other modems
