Here we go again!!! Back to square one!!!

Been working with Iain all morning to fix my GEO filter issues and for now, they have been fixed. I really appreciate all your help. Customer service for this product is top notch! If your having issues, just be patient and they will get to you.

Any idea what that would be PST? Also, how do I go about a 1 on 1?

Yes I'm available tomorrow. Just let me know what time. Also, just want to let you and your team know that my issues are definitely getting better. Played about 10-15 games today and did pretty well overall. Way better than it was these past few days. So it's getting there. It's just connecting to hosts outside of the GEO still.

Played a few games with that applied and was getting multiple hosts outside of GEO. One especially towards New York. Made it worse.

Sure, whatever you guys think will help. Just let me know what I have to do.

Ok so I did what you said and it seemed to have worked. Not getting anything out of the GEO filter. As far as the radius being small, does that affect the filter at all or is it just something where it will make it harder to find a game? One other thing, I have both auto and bleeding ticked. Is that how I should leave it?

Did exactly as instructed in this thread. Here's your proof........ If a 1 on 1 is going to fix this issue, please let's set it up .
