reset when turned off

Recently i moved to another house and when a turned on my netduma the settings were not there, i had to configure it again and this happens every time i turn it off. Is this normal, is there a solution for this?

Hi Susto,

 

If you do a reboot from Settings >> Miscellaneous before unplugging it does this stop the settings from going?
