How do i optimize asus vg248qe monitor

What settings need to be changed to optimize my console game online experience?

Just play around in the menu of the monitor. E.g. contrast, brightness, pixel response time.

I have this monitor and this is how I have  mine set up.

 

Set the console to RGB

 

Set the monitor to sRGB

 

Set trace free setting to 0.

 

Extended black level settings on console are off.

 

Console set to display in 720p.
