Problem with upgrade

Hi, I'm getting upgrade failed with exit code 2. What should I do?

Thanks for posting here. It helps us follow support issues better. Can you turn the router off (unplug it), leave it for 5 mins then turn it back on

I hate to say it but you may need to factory reset. Go to settings>miscellaneous and do it there.

Hi, i downloaded the upgrade file again and it worked with this second file. No idea there must have been something wrong with the first dl upgrade file.
