bl103171
Hi, I set up my vpn with ipvanish. The vpn page constantly locks up and I lose connection. I can get it to work occasionally, but I spend a lot of time doing factory resets to get it going again. Is there a remedy for this?
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted November 14, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted November 14, 2015 I don't think there is a remedy for this and I think it happens when you set up a VPN doesn't have working VPN servers. I think the only way to fix this is factory reset.
bl103171
I'm pretty sure the servers are working. If I disconnect from the Netduma router and go through my TP-Link router on my PC, I connect to the same server just fine. I've seen other posts with people having the same problem, but I haven't seen a solution posted. I would really like to get it worked out.
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted November 14, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted November 14, 2015 If you PM me the config you are using I could have a look and see if it is anything in there that is causing the issue
bl103171
Thanks for the offer, but I may have found the problem. Under "Congestion Control", my bandwidth keeps resetting to an extremely low setting every time I reset. Changing the bandwidth first seems to fix the problem, at least for now. I will post again if the problem persists.
