roads
I am using NFS manager on the mac to set up a chromebox that runs openelec on NFS network. Now NFS reports a DNS problem and says the mac needed 6.1 seconds to find all connected network devices and fell back to bonjour-only. Is something wrong with the Netduma? Guest Netduma_Iain
I don't think so roads I don't use those devices. However you can try go to settings > misc and disable muliticast snooping and see if it helps
Dirty Dog
apologies for going OT. What is multicast snooping? Hope you get it sorted roads
Guest Netduma_Iain
I wouldn't worry unless you have local devices that work together like TVs and media centres
roads
I added 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. to the DNS servers and now the error is gone just strange the Dumas address is not enough. Will try to disable multicast snooping if it happens again.
