parcel still not received after 11 days of waiting

Hello, my tracking number is: RS284749207GB and my and my order number is: 5619.  Mr. Harnist Gérémy

I place an order for a netduma R1 September 31, 2015. I received mail like what my package has arrived in France. But I live in the Bouches du Rhone (13), and my package is at: 03/11/2015

Arrived in France

HUB ROISSY BSCC PIC

(93). It is now the 11/12/2015 and I still have not received either level or even email from my position. So I want to know where is my parcel thank you

This is very unusual as it should have arrived by now. I've just looked on La Poste and it has the same location as well:

Could you try calling La Poste tomorrow and asking for an update? I would offer for us to do this but our spoken French is not good enough.

 

Let us know what they say. If the package has gone completely missing we will make sure you are sent a replacement.

comme l'a dit Luke, c'est un cas très particulier.

 

Est-ce que tu as pu te renseigner auprès de la poste afin de savoir ce qu'il est advenu du colis?
