Trying to setup router with PIA vpn.

Recommended Posts

Hello Netduma team.

I'm having issues connecting to my PIA vpn in the router settings. I'm looking to use the VPN hybrid feature which is purely the only reason I purchased netduma.

Here's the config settings I'm trying to connect with:

client
dev tun
proto udp
remote us-texas.privateinternetaccess.com 1194
resolv-retry infinite
nobind
persist-key
persist-tun
ca ca.crt
tls-client
remote-cert-tls server
auth-user-pass
comp-lzo
verb 1
reneg-sec 0
crl-verify crl.pem

Also is there another VPN service you would personally recommend to use with the router for the best speeds?

Also I'm sorry I'm very new to VPNs and routers so I'm sorry if I might seem like a idiot. Thanks for any help.

Oh I figured it out I was finally able to connect by removing crl verify at the end. :)
