Only connect to good ping connections

I am unsure if this is already a feature but if so it would be great for it to have its own menu, I propose that as well as having the geofilter you can select who you conenct to based on there ping. I am aware this might be slow as testing everyone's ping would take time but would be simple to implement since you have the code for a very similar operation (geofilter) And I am sure we would all love to only conenct to others who have good internet connections aswell
