The general rule is that you seed back what you download, thats you ratio and it has to be 1.1 or over. If you go below you cant download untill you have seeded back but i try to use the freeleech torrents which let you download and it does not add to you ratio but when you seed it it adds it on like a normal torrent. I'm running a dedicated torrent server where i download/seed. speed: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4658993320 i usually seed x4/5 times more then the download size.
