SSN password not working

Hi,

Just purchased a pre-owned Netduma, and the SSN password doesn't take. Is it possible the previous owner set up a different password, is there a way to reset it?

I believe if you do a factory reboot, there is a recessed red button on the backside, the software defaults to the password of: "netdumar1" with no quotes.

 

Try that, and then you can change the password on the Settings > Wifi tab

You are correct. Or you can connect wired and change it in the settings.
