I have: factory reset the R2 properly tried Chrome and Edge InPrivate connected laptop directly to R2 LAN by Ethernet received IP 192.168.77.183, gateway 192.168.77.1 ping to 192.168.77.1 is <1 ms with 0% packet loss browser console shows ERR_CONNECTION_RESET and ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT while DumaOS is loading Rebooting and repeating setup does not resolve it. Can Netduma support force-upgrade or reflash the firmware remotely?
