KelboLive
This is now my second netduma r3 that has failed, it no longer powers on at all. My first lost all ability to connect via the LAN ports. My old xr1000 powers on completely fine via the same power adapter. I'm at a complete loss for the amount of issues I've had with this router for the amount I have paid for it. I need this rectified as my entire household is ran via internet. I've been extremely disappointed at the QA of this product seeing as I am now on my second router that has completely failed. Let me know how we can rectify this situation.

I can't see how you received two dead routers, the odds of that must be a few thousand to one. Did both routers come out of the box not powering up? I did not receive two dead routers out of the box, first one had the LAN ports fail after 6 months, I received a replacement a couple months ago that now refuses to even power on. I'm sorry if my OP was confusing.
