I read your post and so you can try to create a match in one of this server.


With @Netduma Fraser , two months ago , we find a method to play "friendly match in friend room " on server:
step 1 ) put the server in Allowed server 
Step 2 ) Put your location in middle of the map and create a zero circle.
Step 3 ) Put 0 in the Ping filter.

Try this solution.

Png1 ....when you start efotball from console or Pc you can see the server avaiable. So you can select 1 by one ......and you can put in the 

 

allowed list by the right menu.(png2)



After this operation you must your geocalization in the middle of the world like this.

 

and you must set you ping assist a 0.

The match will play on the server ...so you can decide whict server for your zone.
