promatthewhd
Recently, I decided to hook all of my devices to my Netduma router wirelessly. I was expecting this very simple. Go to my iPhone and just look for the wifi called 'Netduma'. But the SSID did not appear on the list of networks. I next went to the router's 'control panel' to try and turn the wifi on, but it already was. I have even tried a factory reset, but this also didn't work. I do not know what is happening and I need help.
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted July 23, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted July 23, 2015 Can you make sure you are using 2.4Ghz as the frequency. Would you be able to take a screenshot of the Wifi page on the Netduma. Is this a problem for all your devices?
