Question about Activision support

Does Activision answer support tickets and if so do they do it reletively soon? I'm having an issue with unlinking my accounts because my brother has his account linked to my Activision account and from what I was reading it didn't seem like Activision was responding to people. Depends if you are lucky or not I have had tickets answered within a couple of hours then again I remember opening one with them about WW2 and got an answer halfway through BO4
