Nighthawk Pro Gaming Posted August 1, 2018 Posted August 1, 2018 so, I went out and splurged on a Nighthawk XR500 and CM700 today only to findout my in game ping hasnt noticable improved. I have set up a variety of things including the geo mapping, bandiwith allocation, opened ports, assigned IP addresses, filtered bufferbloat, configured IPv6 but really to no avail. I am hoping someone on here was able to congquer this beast and fine tune it. I am looking to get my ping consistantly below 25-30. I believe we have the 150 mbps subscription with comcast.
