I am needing help in connecting to my network. I have a Netgear model R7000. It was working fine .

My computer was working well with the router.  I decided to change the name and I configured all my wireless devices and they are working fine.  My desktop that has an ethernet connection still has my old network name and connection instead of my new name.  Consequently it is very slow and the upload is next to nothing.  I have tried to find where I can change the eternet connection name but I have had no luck for hte last 6 hours.  I can't find a good contact number for Netgear support to have them help me walk thorugh this problem.  Can anyone help?
