The guy at Best Buy said move it upstairs and had us get another device that allowed the computer downstairs to communicate with the router. I set it up, got it all working but then we had a bad signal and nothing would connect. I decided to move the router back downstairs in their office where they use to have the router. The have fiber optic cable so no modem needed. Plugged it all in and now it doesn’t show up at all. I have tried restarting it, unplugging it, tried to reset but nothing happened, and now my dad is not happy. Anyone have any ideas? Please help!!
