I am not sure how good their customer service is but I think your package arrived from SA a while ago so it's in their hands now, not the Royal Mail's. Let me know if we can help. Guest Netduma Luke
Amazing photo mate! Thank you for posting. This should help with an open NAT: http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=how_do_i_open_my_nat&s[]=nat That's very odd the XB1 is not in the device manager. If you haven't already, use an ethernet cable to wire it in directly and it should appear. You may also want to consider upgrading to .7 (please read the instructions carefully if you do). I think ping assist will make a big difference for you as the African user: http://forum.netduma.com/topic/742-7-beta/

How exactly are you setup? Is it: Wall > ISP Router > Netduma ?

Guest Netduma Fraser
Yes that is my exact setup Once you do the upgrade youll be able to see the WAN IP in device manager so you can then put the R1 in your ISP Router and open your NAT. In terms of the xbox, check what IP it is using the network settings on the Xbox and then go back to device manager on the R1 and match the IPs, it may be named differently. Cool i am making progress. Got my IP from the update and PS4 is Open and Xbox One is found. Just need to do some more tests as XB1 is updating now Here is another progress pic and no Lag for me. I think i just #DominateLag in COD AW with a 10Kill streak
