Could you try connecting to your normal router and see if it works. Also, are you using the VPN on the Netduma? If you are can you disable it and see if it allows you to connect to YouTube.

Can you check again that the VPN is definitely disabled even if you aren't actually using it. Also that none of the devices are selected.
