What should be checked and or unchecked in the misc. Settings?

I was just wondering what should I cut on / off to make my gameplay better? I have my geofilter and the destiny server set up but no idea as far as the checklist.. starting with deep packet processing?

Nothing in there will affect your game play. Deep packet processing, and the different turbo settings will have an effect on your speeds but not how well the game plays.
