Cheers Chive972, don't worry I'm just focusing on fixing it. Then we can go back to the way it was. What I'm interested in is can you get the "beaver error" with strict mode off. Can you make it happen?

It happens sometimes during the loading of crucible or an assault but it's very rare.

Do you need some screenshots of the host filtering page when padlocks are active ?

Ok when you have strict mode off. When you see the error appear do you see a padlock? If so click it as fast as possible and tell me the ID please :)

No, i've played a lots of games in the crucible yesterday with the strict mode off and i've got beaver error (one time) and apple error (our team was kicked out of the lobby).

I've checked for the padlocks but none of them appears.

As you said, they only appear when the strict mode is on but what i don't understand, it's what change you've made that has drasticaly change the performance of the netduma with dedicated servers.

You've made some changes on the cloud database, isn't it ?

Hi Chive,

Are you playing this evening? If so can I access your router and you message me when you get the error & I'll search for what we have blocked. Once I've done that we can work on creating the perfect setup for Destiny.

Cheers

No beaver error with strict mode off: i think it was a problem with my isp.

But i need to show you the padlocks when i'm on strict mode: it can be interesting for you.

I know how padlocks work in strict mode at the moment. That's an easy fix mate, can you keep checking for errors with strict mode off. If you don't find any this evening I'll assume its ok and I'll work on getting things back to normal.

For the moment, it's awesome in crucible: 30-2 in control with my friend.

As i said, i think the beaver error was caused by my ISP so i don't want you to lose your time on this temporary issue.

But look at this, can you see the red circle in ireland? It's one of those dedicated servers:

I can't whitelist or blacklist that damn server.

Hi Iain, so no more error on strict mode off.

There is still padlocks with strict mode on but as you said the problem will be fix so i'm very happy :D

I'm getting mad of those players with crappy connections and bungie won't do anything so i wait until Netduma team find the best setting to fix that shit :)

Another question, do you have time for you and your family because i can see you're busy on the forum and twitter.

I have been experiencing the said problem just got my Netduma yesterday. This is my fix keep strict until you have 12 guardians only when you get 12 guardian turn it off. Then once you get in game put strict back on you done want those not in your geo filter connecting to you.

Yes it's working in Iron Banner. I live in Hawaii so it takes longer to get a match. I will give it a 80% success rate better than Beaver every time LOL

It's the same for me: do you still have some players with red connections?
