I was following links and watched from 2013 in, I am guessing, Manilla/the Philippines.

Caller says "Blue or Yellow"

And when the lady chooses Yellow, they "shoot" some gal walking by in a yellow coat and her briefcase blows open with millions of dollars spilling out

Then they kidnap gal who pushed the button in a van and take her to a construction site.

where all sorts of new shit happens and ends in a giant shoot out.

 

Who are these people?  And how do they do shit like this without getting shot or stabbed or just getting their ass kicked. 

 

Here's my challenge - Set up one of these outside of Fuzzy Clam's gym and see what transpires....LOL
