Found a secret with geo ping for PC/Laptop windows only

so I was testing out yesterday with bufferbloat DSL reports that my destop pc was causing a lot of latency and jitter in bufferbloat was testing around with a few things and found out putting your desktop pc or laptop that you use only works with windows computers for the geo page to put it in host filtering with Xbox live network enabled seemed to drop the bufferbloat drastically with A+ A+ B including was less laggy on bo3 PS4 don't know if it will work for others give it a try
