cant upgrade to 1.03.5

i'm currently running 1.03.3

i'm ttrying to upgrade .. but it either stays in the process of upgrading but never completes(i've left it for close to 20 minutes  , i'm assuming thats not normal) or give me an error message .."failed to upgrad contact netduma code undefined"

 

any help would be greatly appreciated

Check this post out for the lastest firmware and how to upgrade.  There is a special process in place with the help of the admins.
