Buds Posted March 29, 2015 Posted March 29, 2015 Have you switched the geo-filter off by accident? What does the button below your device say (enable or disable)?
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted March 29, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted March 29, 2015 Make sure that you are using chrome and not internet explorer. There are knows faults with internet explorer which can cause the GeoFilter to not work properly. Did you sort out your network diagnosis issue?
Pongo Paul Posted March 29, 2015 Posted March 29, 2015 Hi I had same issues even using Chrome I reset router back factory settings but this time waited longer before I tweaked settings. I had to change IP range as my network already configured first, once things started to drop into devices I unplugged router and switches, hard rebooted xbone and this time all the icons show up. Then I tweaked settings in router, been working like a charm ever since.
Guest Netduma_Iain Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Ok great Paul, if it happens again take a screenshot of the top of the host filtering page and the middle part with the map and buttons above. Based on that we can assist
