One of my friends suggested Acanac ( https://www.acanac.com/television-packages-quebec/) and I incline towards zazeen Tv + internet 50 plan ( basically anything with the channel CBC Quebec HD ) but will there be any hidden charges apart from the regular monthly charges? Any idea? And how about their customer service?

Any idea? And how about their customer service? Hi, and welcome to the forum I can't help you in relation to Canadian services, but there are a few Canadians' on here who might be able to. In the UK it can come in separate packages, or sold all together, you usually have to pay the line charges if it's internet only.
