fixed IP on DHCP lease

how do I add a fixed IP in the DHCP settings ? I can use the reserved button and give the host a number (what is this ?) but I have no option to assign the IP I want.

if you can take a picture i can assist you now, it is just a static DHCP lease as you are aware.

Thanks for helping abc, I'll post a screenshot just in case you're interested.

 

BigBen I tried to make it as simple as possible and may have ended up making it a bit restrictive for power uses. So basically your LAN IP on the router can be 192.168.y.1, and defaults to 192.168.88.1. 

 

The DHCP lease allows you to set the host number for devices, specifically 192.168.88.x, so below I've put 128 and my LAN set up is 192.168.88.1, so that computer (HPDEE) will be assigned the IP 192.168.88.128.

 

Does that make sense? If not let me know please
