Guest Netduma_Iain
Hi Raddy, When it freezes, can you right-click anywhere on the page and click "Inspect Element", then choose console in the new window that pops up. Then take a screenshot and post here please. Thanks
bagsta69
I had this issue too, disabling my antivirus software did the trick, just remember to enable it again after. (if that fixes it that is) http://forum.netduma.com/topic/1004-big-circle-medium-circle/

bagsta69
That looks exactly same as what my laptop returned Raddy, Iain suggested trying disabling antivirus software and it worked for me mate

Guest Netduma Fraser
Tried that and still no joy. Almost certain its a firewall or something blocking it. Have you turned Windows firewall off as well? Also have you tried with another device?

Okay let us know, any other anti virus on your computer as well should be disabled to see if its causing it.
Guest Netduma_Iain
Hi Raddy, just to add to the post. The main routers firewall won't make a difference, something is blocking your PC from connecting to the router and that is nearly always windows firewall, another firewall running on your machine or anti-virus software. You can pretty much confirm this by accessing the r1 from another device.
