Can you access the UI at all? If not, I think the next best bet would be the inset, red reset button on the back of the unit. That will lose all your previously stored info however (like rated P2P hosts and anything you set up), so that would be the last resort. WARNING: If you use the hard reset, the password on the Netduma will automatically change to 'netdumar1'. You will be able to change this again, but you will need this password to get in. Good luck.
