PPPoE and yeah, games console for my pc for call of duty

I get 300 down and 48 up. I have QoS sliders set to get 200 down and 36 up. The download slider works as I get 200 on a speedtest, but im still getting 48 on the upload, so not sure if the sliders are working properly? For the wifi, even sat right next to the router, Im getting 110-130 down and it drops off to about 70 when I go to the next room, however upload speed is still around 40-48

Its fixed itself now. It was no access to the administration page, reset the router about 5 times and it worked, so not sure what the problem was

Just upgraded to full fibre and reset my xr1000 to connect it, however I'm just being met with this site can't be reached, tried chrome and edge browsers too

More on the congestion control auto setup, I can't seem to fix bufferbloat and the auto setup seems to not work as it always puts my upload at 100%. On waveform I can't get a tick for low latency gaming no matter what.

I system reset and it's seemed to have fixed the issue, not sure what it was that caused it though

How do I add it as a service? And also with the QoS, it says you can click to prioritise ping or bandwidth in the auto-setup, but nothing shows to tick either ping or bandwidth? And what does anti-spikes mean? Sorry for all the questions, trying to understand all the different parts

Can you add Call of Duty service or any services on their own into the bandwidth allocation, or traffic prioritisation?

What is the difference from Call of Duty and Call of Duty(PC)(as the PC one does not work with Geo Filter) Also, how do I add just call of duty to traffic prioritisation as it is under uncategorised(which is full of loads of things I don't want prioritised)?
