Got it fixed used the nighthawk app on my mobile and was able to reset router and can now use the interface. I will continue to use the old firmware V2.2.134 until updated needed.

Nope get 400 bad request error this server does not support the operation requested by your client. Tried factory rest multiple times.

Same here I finally got the new firmware rc14 uploaded and came home to not secure privacy error. Did all the factory resets, unplugged cables etc and now getting this error. Do I go ahead and follow the instructions in this thread?

It loaded for me last night and It currently states this version below. So now i go ahead and follow the steps from the youtube vid?

Im not sure what version I'm on - I updated to around 4-5 months ago I believe but havent tried to access interface since before today.

I waited the prescribed time and didn’t come up. Did a factory reset and now get a message “ Duma Os not running”.

XR 500 stuck in this loop- what steps do I need to take to resolve?
