PS5 can’t connect to PSN NETWORK using LAN but using Wifi it's ok

I have already bypass the dongle but the result remains the same - an error on the upload speed. I also tested using several ethernet cables. -

I don’t think so because if I connect directly to the main router there’s no problem with it. -

It seems like the main problem here is the upload connection. Attached is the picture of the speedtest using the wired and the built-in speedtest. I tried numerous wired cables and the latest one I bought a new external LAN port to confirm it. Can I get a replacement for the R3? -

Help…it happened again. It seems like the LAN ports have a problem. The upload data can’t go through to the Speedtest server. The download speed varies—sometimes it’s okay, and sometimes it’s not. I’ve tried using multiple wired cables, but the download speed remains inconsistent, and there is no upload. No issue when connected through wifi. -

Finally i found the problem.. when i do port forward on my old router it will block the cable connection from the R3 but not on wifi connection. I also don’t understand what’s happening but for the mean time i just leave it be. Btw, where should i do the DMZ, on the R3 router or my old router? -

I have had a problem since day one of receiving my R3 router. My router is an R3 v4.0.540. When i connect my PS5 using wifi to the router, i can access the PSN Network and play multiplayer games like normal, but when i connect it using cable, I can’t connect to the PSN network or playing online games. If I bypass the Netduma router, i can play as usual with LAN cable connected. Please help me.
