  1. check these out. hope this helps. https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000087579--dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-ping-assist
  2. i am from the uk, my geo filter is around the uk and some of france. sometimes i can connect to a server that looks like it is located in the usa, thats my ping assist allowing me to connect to that server as it lower than my ping assist ie 50ms. try placing you geo filter home in the middle of the ocean, make the radius as small as possible and set ping assist to 50ms or 100ms what ever you feel will work best. you will see servers pop up in germany or spain that you can connect to because your ping assist states that its within your set limit ie 50 or 100ms
  3. the player icon could be a actual player host or a unidentified dedicated server.
  4. ping assist will allow you to connect to low ping servers outside of your set geo filter range, it helps pick up mislocated servers.
  5. Hi frazer, I'm having similar problems. I've resynced the cloud and I get error, when I refresh nothing happens there are no changes
  6. Hi there, I was raking through my cupboards when I came across my old r1. Upon setup I realised the router was stuck on a boot loop it just reset itself over and over. I tried holding reset button while powering on but nothing I did worked. I checked through forums and came across a guide to reinstall factory firmware, the router now works but has no netduma firmware on it. Is there anything that can be done to get netduma firmware back on it? I bought this unit years ago so I will have trouble proving when I bought it.
