Thanks Guys.  I had to reset using the paperclip.  Now it works like it's supposed to.  Thanks again.

Firstly, try rebooting the router using the software reboot button (press the ℹ️ icon, then REBOOT)
If that doesn't work, you might have to reset the router as @Sunaikinti says.
I'd try resetting the router through the interface before attempting with a paperclip (Settings > Administration > Backup Settings > Revert to factory default)

If console NAT is open you're good. Game NAT can be a very hit and miss measure, so don't worry too much about it.

    Hi Jack,

That’s what I figured.  Yes the game NAT.  My Xbox NAT is always open now.  It did feel a bit laggy, which is why I looked at my in game NAT and noticed it was on strict.   But it was also late at night, and COD games tend to be a little laggier at night.  When I go on Infinite Warfare the NAT Type is Open so I found that weird.

Because the hardware is limited, 200mbps is the max you can get on the R1 with every feature enabled.
If you disable QoS you shouldn’t get nearer 500-700. To do this, open the options on the anti-Bufferbloat panel. Select to disabled QoS and proceed at the warning message.
This should give you full speeds.

We think this is the game right now. Treyarch are probably managing the load on their servers as the player base blows up.
If you think you ever see a peer which is a server, let us know here:

I think it's the game. Too many players for the same amount of servers.
BTW I've solved the Nat Type problem once and for all with this

    Hope that helps.

Oh, that's awesome! I went really deep when I should've just said 'stick it in the Verizon DMZ!' Ah well, I'm glad that worked out.
If you ever have NAT issues with any other modem etc, DMZ is one of the first steps. The first step of course is enabling UPnP, and if that doesn't work using manual Port Forwarding.
If you need any more assistance just let us know, always happy to help
