UR MAN

Guys I'm on console and have a sky router 1GB Fiber. Every lobby since Season 5 is on the Paris server since and I'm in Ireland. Delayed input every single game. I've 18 days play and am so close to uninstalling the game I'm so frustrated. What are my options if any? For context I generally have 24 to 37 latency and no issues with packet loss yet the game is next to unplayable with the delayed input and shooting players first yet they get me and with bullets often following me around corners etc. I only play HC Dom and console only match making.
