I took all the ethernet connections out of the r3 and put them back into vm hub. They all work fine now.

No. The TV is saying no connection. The wireless connected devices are fine, but via ethernet, nothing!

Thank you so much. I have managed to connect. Everything seems fine other than... The ethernet connections are playing up. Saying my device (smart TV) is offline.

Is the wizard via the app?

I followed this Until.. Turn them both on and wait for rgb lights and Internet light. Then I couldn't go any further because no Internet

I can't do wizard because it won't connect to the Internet and if I connect to my virgin router it doesn't let me because I'm not on the r3. I shouldn't require anything as my friend has the same Internet with the same hub and just plugged it in the same as I have.. Then off he went.

Followed setup to the letter. Led lights are all as they're supposed to be. Rgb on top and Internet light steady white. Yet there's no Internet coming from the r3. Thanks.
