As it's on a much older version of DumaOS the cloud system has expanded beyond it so it won't be a quick thing to do

BO6 is definitely on heatmap, it does sound like you need to resync the cloud on Heatmap and Geo-Filter and then try again
We're testing a cloud update internally currently and then we'll make it public.

I'll let the team know the cloud needs updating and we can see if it works after that. You can't disable the features on the router that way
