  1. Yes all devices start having issues. I pay for 1G down and 60mbs up Yes I entered the speeds into the router I tried it with Congestion control and SmartBOOST both on an off PS5 is connected to Wifi I am not sure if the CPU was being maxed Yes it happens after a few days or would happen within a few minutes if I started a large download over wifi. I ended up reverting back to the prior firmware and now it hasn't had an issue since.
  2. I also am experiencing this issue. When I try to initiate a download on my PS5 it works for a couple minutes and then all devices get disconnected from the 5GHz connection. If I forget the network on the disconnected device and try to reconnect I just get errors saying the password is incorrect (the pw is not incorrect). As mentioned in the original post, rebooting the router seems to allow devices to connect again. The second part of the problem is once the devices reconnect the speed is very slow. After doing a factory reset, I get 400-600 mbps over the 5GHz connection. Once it crashes and I do a reboot, I only get 40-90 mbps on the 5GHz (I am skeptical it is actually even40-90mbps as a basic webpage takes 30s or more to load). I tried assigning devices IPs and setting the DHCP release to 10000, I also tried adjusting widths. None of these fixed the issue. The router is also positioned as you recommended above.
